摘要 建立了符合实际变形条件的环形坯料摆动辗压有限元数值分析的力学模型 ,结合各种工艺因素对环形坯料辗压变形进行了数值计算 。 The mechanical model for finite element numerical analysis of a ring workpiece during rotary forging is established in accordance with the actual deformation conditions. The numerical calculation of rotary forging deformation of ring workpiece is made in combination with various process parameters. The metal flow pattern and the effect of basic process factors on the deformation characteristics during rotary forging deformation of ring workpiece are analyzed.
