摘要
综述了航空发动机叶片失效分析的基本思路和方法。从强调叶片失效分析的力学背景出发 ,提出了设计上的不足是叶片失效的根本原因 ;分析了叶片制造加工质量与故障叶片之间的辨证关系 ;论述了叶片工作寿命与叶片失效的相关性。在失效分析方法上 ,指出了现行理论计算所存在的局限性 ,强调了动态测试分析对故障定性的重要作用。
Basic thought and procedure in failure analysis of aeroengine blade is discussed. With emphasizing on the mechanical background of failure analysis, a view of fundamental reason of blade failure is from insufficient design has been put forward. The relationship between quality in manufacture process and failed blade has been analyzed. Also, the connection of blade lifetime and failure is discussed. In failure analysis, limitation of current theory is pointed out. Dynamic test and analysis are essential to qualify blade failure.
