Secondary structure of polynucleotides can be viewed as a class of planar vertex-labeled graphs. We compute recursion formulate for enumerating a variety classes of sub-graphs of a kind of RNA secondary structure graph. In this paper, we computed the recursion formulate of RNA secondary structures with limited length of endloop and utilized the implicit estimation technique to compute asymptotic value.
