BaFe_(12)O_(19)/SiO_2-B_2O_3微晶玻璃陶瓷的制备和微波性能

摘要 采田柠檬酸sol-gel工艺合成了BaFe12O19/SiO-B2O3微晶玻璃陶瓷.研究了SiO2-B2O3玻璃的含量、Ba/Fe原子比和热处理温度对体系析出晶相的影响,以及介电常数和磁导率在1MHz~6GHz 频率范围内的变化规律.结果表明,体系中SiO2-B2O3玻璃的含量和Ba/Fe比越高,BaFe12O19相的析出越困难,前驱体合适的热处理温度为1000℃;介电常数和磁导率基本上随测试概率的增加而下降;介电损耗的最大值为0.43,磁损耗较小. BaFe12O19/SiO2-B2O3 microcrystallite glass ceramics was prepared by citrate sol-gel process. The correlation between BaFe12O19 synthesis and the amount of SiO2-B2O3 and Ba/Fe ratio and thermal treatment temperature was studied. The relationship between complex dielectric constant and complex permeability dispersion and frequency was investigated in the range of 1MHz-6GHz. Results show that those conditions such as ratio of Ba/Fe, sintering temperature, have important effect on the synthesis of BaFe12O19/SiO2-B2O3 microcrystallite glass ceramics, The higher the amount of SiO2-B2O3 and Ba/Fe, the more difficult the formation of BaFe12O19; 900-1000°C was suitable thermal treatment temperature for the formation of BaFe12O19. The complex dielectric constant and complex permeability decrease as the measuring frequency increases, and the maximum dielectric loss is about 0.43, magnetic loss is nearly equal to zero.
