摘要
在砂型铸造ZA27合金的凝固过程中施加强脉冲电流,测量了得到的试样的力学性能.结果表明,脉冲电流可明显抑制ZA27合金中枝状晶的长大,提高合金的抗拉强度及延伸率.
The ZA27 alloy cast in the sand mould was treated with strong electric current pulse (ECP) during the solidification. The results show that the tensile strength and the elongation of specimens treated with ECP are higher than that of the untreated specimens, the dendrite grain of the ZA27 alloy treated with ECP become smaller than that untreated. The treatment of the electric current pulse can restraint the dendrite growth in the alloy and consequently enhance the tensile strength and the elongation.
