摘要
介绍了Nb-Si系金属间化合物及其复合材料的制备工艺、力学性能和物理性能,综述了Nb-Si系金属间化合物作为高温结构材料的最新研究进展和发展趋势,作为轻质高温结构材料的有力竞争者,Nb-Si系金属间化合物及其复合材料,特别是具有低温韧性和高温强度优良均衡的Nb-Nb_5Si_3原位复合材料,有望在下一代航空航天发动机上(≥1600℃)应用。
The fabrication,processing,and mechanical and physical properties of Nb-Si intermetallics/composites are described and summarized in this paper.The recent achievements and trends in research and development are also reviewed-Being competitive candidates as low-density,high-temperature structure materials,Nb-Si inter-metallics/composites,especially the Nb-Nb5Si3 dual-phase alloys with a combination of low temperature toughness and high temperature strength,are expected to be used in new generation aeronautical and aerospace engine working at over 1600℃.
