摘要
ZnS作为一种性能优良的光学、电学和光电一体化材料,具有极大的应用价值。综合概述了ZnS粉末、块状材料和薄膜等各种材料的制备方法,阐述并讨论了水热合成法、均匀沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、化学气相沉积法、溅射法等不同方法的特点。并着重论述了ZnS粉末和薄膜,特别是在纳米粉末和纳米晶薄膜制备技术方面的研究进展。
ZnS is one of very useful photoelectric materials.A variety of fabrication methods of ZnS powder,
bulk and thin film are reviewed in this paper in details,and the features and characteristics of these methods,e.g.hy-drothermal synthesis,homogeneous precipitation,sol-gel,chemical vapor deposition and sputtering,are described.A review is given of the progress in research on the synthesis of ZnS powder and thin film,especially nanometer powder and nanocrystal thin film.
