多孔TiO_2纳米薄膜的制备及PEG对其表面形貌的影响 被引量:3

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了多孔TiO_2纳米薄膜修饰的镍基电极。用STM观察了TiO_2纳米薄膜的表面形貌。由STM知,随烧结温度升高和PEG(聚乙二醇)含量增加,TiO_2纳米薄膜表面孔穴的数量增加,孔径增大。 Porous nanosized TiO2 films are prepared on nickel by sol-gel process,the STM morphology of the nanosized TiO2 films are given-Through STM,we know that the pore quantity and diameter of nanosized TiO2 film increase with the increment of sintering temperature and the content of PEG.
