超弹性NiTi记忆合金平台应力在约束加热过程中的变化 被引量:2

The Variation of Plateau Stresses for Pseudoelastic NiTi Shape Memory Alloy During Constrained Heating

摘要 采用变温拉伸机研究了超弹状态 Ni Ti记忆合金“平台”应力在约束加热过程中的变化。研究结果表明 :对应于马氏体正、逆相变的上、下“平台”应力随温度升高而上升 ,其中上“平台”应力升高速率小于下“平台”应力升高速率 ;当温度超过到一定值后 ,上、下“平台”应力与温度的关系曲线重合。同时探讨了在约束加热过程中的马氏体正。 The variation of plateau stress of a pseudoelastic NiTi shape memory alloy during constrained heating was investigated by use of a materials test machine The results show that the upper and lower plateau stresses, which correspond to the forward and reverse martensitic transformations, respectively, increase upon constrained heating, and the increasing velocity of the upper plateau stress is less than that of the lower plateau stress; When the temperature exceeds a certain value, the upper plateau stress curve becomes identical with the lower one The phase transformation behaviors corresponding to the two plateau stresses during constrained heating are discussed
