摘要
研究了 GH90 9合金不同喷丸强化工艺下的残余应力场和残余应力在 5 5 0℃的松弛情况 ,总结了喷丸强化所获得的残余应力场特性。结果表明 ,GH90 9合金经适当喷丸强化后获得的有益残余压应力场可改善其疲劳性能。
The characteristics of the residual stress field for GH909 alloy after different shot peening regimes at room temperature and relaxation of residual stress at 550℃ have been studied The experimental results show that the fatigue properties can be improved by compressive residual stress obtained from due shot peening
