摘要
测定两种工艺方法生产的 FGH95粉末颗粒截面的枝晶偏析和胞晶偏析。结果表明 :粉末颗粒内部枝晶间 (或胞晶间 )富 Mo,Nb,Ti元素而贫 Ni,Co,W元素。随着粉末颗粒尺寸的减小 ,枝晶偏析 (或胞晶偏析 )明显减小。与相同粒度级别的氩气雾化 (AA)粉末相比 ,等离子体旋转电极 (PREP)粉末的枝晶偏析明显低于
