摘要
以聚丙烯腈基预氧纤维毡(PAN-OF)为原料,经过空气氧化和 CO2活化制备出对 CO2/CH4 具有较好筛分性能的分子筛型聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维毡(PAN-ACF).采用电子天平、变压吸附(PSA) 技术、XPS分析表征了分子筛型 PAN-ACF的吸附性能和表面结构.结果表明.所制 PAN-ACF样 品对 CO2/CH4吸附的选择性为 7~11.当吸附压力为 0.15 MPa时.所产 CH4的浓度达到 99.9%. 随着吸附的压力升高甲烷气的浓度下降. XPS结果表明经该法处理的样品,其类石墨微晶间以sp3杂化 碳氧单键相联.
Polyacrylonitrile preoxidized felts (PAN-OF) were used as starting materials to prepare fibrous carbon molecular sieve (FCMS) which can be used to separate CH4 from C02/CH4. The preparation process can be divided in to two steps. Firstly, the PAN-OF were oxidized deeply by air, and then activated by CO2. By this method, FCMS can be prepared successfully which have high adsorptive selectivity for C02/CH4. The selectivity can be controlled in the range of 7~11. The concentration of CH4 in the outlet can reach 99.9% at the adsorptive pressure of 0.15 MPa during the PSA process. There occurs the nitrile and lactam groups, and the most of the micrographitic crysallites of the samples were connected with sp3 linkages.
