摘要
运用生产函数理论对三个级别的23所军队医院产出的卫生服务提供量和业务收入与投入要素进行了经济学分析;研究结果表明按医院卫生服务提供量为投入要素的规模经济分析中卫生服务提供量呈规模收益递减,而按医院业务收入为投入要素的规模经济分析中业务收入呈规模收益递增;建议控制人力资源投入总量,在宏观控制前提下适当增加设备资源投入,适当增加劳务补偿。
The economic theory of productive function is applied to analyze the amount of medical service and essentials of income and investment in 23 military hospitals with three different levels. The research has shown that the amount of medical service is decreased gradually in scale - income in scale - economic analysis regarding the amount of hospital medical service as investment essential, whereas hospital income is increased gradually in scale - income in scale - economic analysis regarding hospital income as investment essential. It is suggested that total amount of investment in personnel resources should be controlled and that investment of equipment resources and labor compensation should be increased properly under the preconditions of macroscopic control.
