应用给药差错评价量表对护理给药差错实施量化管理

The Quantity Management on Amiss Medicine by Using Evaluation Form among Nurses

针对护理工作中出现的给药差错进行了回顾性调查分析,并制订了“给药差错评价量表”,根据差错的不同情况标定相应分值,对给药差错进行量化管理,取得良好成效。

The authors review and analyze the amiss medicine cases in nursing works, and design the Amiss Medicine Evaluation Form'. According to the score that related with different situations, they manage the nursing action and control amiss medicine effectively.
