摘要 目的探讨在神经导航辅助下脑内小病灶微创手术治疗的经验。方法应用Steathstation神经导航系统辅助下显微外科手术切除42例脑内小病灶。其中胶质瘤16例,脑脓肿4例,脑膜瘤6例,寄生虫肉芽肿9例,转移癌7例。结果该导航系统可以完成精确定位,确定最佳手术入路,术中实时导航,保护重要结构,平均误差2.2mm。全部病例术后恢复良好。结论应用神经导航切除脑内小病灶提高了手术准确性,减少了术中的盲目性和并发症。 Objective To elucidate the application of neuronavigation in crania-cerebral small lesions microsurgical operations.Methods Microneurosurgical operations assisted by the Steathstation navigation device were performed on 42 patients with intracranial lesions.Of them, 16 gliomas,4 brain abscesses,6 meningiomas,9 parasitism granulomas,7 transfer cancers.Results The application of navigation technique in microneurosurgery can achieve accurate orientation decreasing damage and protecting neurological function in operations.The register precision error of the navigation was 2.2 mm.Patients'neurological function was preserved well.Conclusions Navigation technique in microneurosurgery can oriented accurately and increase success in operations and reduce the complications.
