摘要
目的研究低场强MR水成像对胆道系统疾病的诊断作用。方法对31例胆道系统梗阻病例使用0.2Tesla低场强MR成像仪(深圳,安科公司)进行FSEL序列,单片,层厚(40或60或80mm)的检查。结果肝胆三角区梗阻用80mm层厚为宜,胆总管远端梗阻管内结石用40mm层厚,胆系多发结石及胰头癌用80mm层厚有助于病变的显示。利用窗技术调节胆道系统的背景结构有助于诊断。结论低场强MR单层水成像技术在胆道系统梗阻病变应用有助于诊断。
Objective To study the diagnostic effect of hydrography of low field strength for biliary diseases.Methods 31 cases of the biliary systemic obstruction were selected. The MR hydrography was used combined with conventional SE T1WI and T2WI. Results The slab of 80mm was well suitable for deliniation of the obstruction of hepabiliary triangle lesions. The slab of 40mm was suitable for deliniation of obstruction of distal common bile duct and 80mm for the stones in the duct and for pancreatic head carcinoma. Adjustment of window and level made background clear and improved the diagnosis. Conclusion The hydrography technique of low single layer scan is helpful for diagnosis of obstruction of biliary system.
