校级重点实验室管理体制刍议

Discussion on the Management System of University Key Laboratory

分析了传统体制下实验室管理体制存在的弊端 ,着重从高等教育的市场化、产业化趋势 ,说明实验室建设要遵循市场经济条件下的资源配置规律 ,引入产业化管理模式 ,借鉴现代股份制企业管理体制 。

Analyzing the deficiencies under the old management sysem, this paper put forward that the rule of disposing resource should be followed under the market economy condition in order to build upan up to date management system of university's key laboratory. Furthermore, the industrialized management mode and the modern joint stock enterprise management system were introduced.
