摘要
从培养基、碳源、氮源、酸碱度等方面探讨了羊肚菌菌丝的生物学特性。试验结果表明 ,羊肚菌菌丝适宜在黄豆芽 玉米粉 黄豆粉培养基上生长 ;菌丝生长的最适 pH为 6～ 7;在以可溶性淀粉为碳源、蛋白胨为氮源的培养基中生长较好 ;采用棉籽壳 木屑 北芪渣培养基 ,菌丝生长最快。
The biological characteristics of Morchella conica mycelia were reported in this paper. The experiment results indicated that the dry weight of the mycelia was high in soybean bud corn powder soybean powder medium, that the optimal pH,the appropriate carbon source and suitable nitrogen source for the mycelial growth of M. conica were 6.0～7.0,soluble starch and peptone resp., and that the mycelia grew fastest in the medium of cotton seed hull sawdust residue of Astragalus membranaceus (Fishch.) Bunge.
