文昌鱼类弹性蛋白的组织化学研究 被引量:3

摘要 用组织化学的方法对文昌鱼鱼体各段连续切片进行检测 ,发现其口须支持骨骼及鳃弓骨骼中存在 VIH染色阳性物质。再用弹性蛋白酶对文昌鱼咽部组织切片及新鲜解剖的鳃组织进行消化 ,镜检后发现 VIH阳性物质已被消化掉。从而提示文昌鱼鳃弓骨骼中的 The serial sections of lancelets entire body were detected by Verhoeff's iron hematomylin(VIH) elastin stain. It was found that the skeletal rods of the oral cirri, gill bar and the tongue bar were of darkly staining.The sections of pharynx and gill tissues dissected from lived lancelets were digested by elastase,and then these sections of pharynx and sections of the digested pharyngeal tissues were stained with VIH as before. Both the skeletal rods of the gill bar and tongue bar were not dyed. The results suggested that the skeletal rods of the oral cirri, gill bar and tongue bar may be elastin like proteins.
