反相高效液相色谱对银杏外种皮中银杏酚酸的分析 被引量:7

Analysis of Ginkgolic Acids from Exopleura of Ginkgo Biloba by Reversed-phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 对RP-HPLC分离银杏酚酸的各影响因素进行研究,分析了流动相组成、pH值和温度对银杏酚酸各组分色谱保留行为的影响,得到优化分析条件为色谱柱:SUPELCOSILTMLC-18,5 cm×4.6 mm,5 μm;流动相:90%甲醇,乙酸pH值为3.15;紫外检测波长λ=310 nm;流速0.7 ml/min;AUFS=0.02;柱温30℃。在确定的分离条件下,银杏酚酸各组分能很好的分离。 All kinds of influenced factors of separating ginkgolic acids by RP-HPLC were studied, and effects of mobile phase formation, mobile phase pH and temperature on retention behaviors of ginkgolic acids in column were discussed. The optimal chromatographic conditions of RP-HPLC are as follows; chromatographic column,SUPELCOS1LTM LC-18,5cm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm; mobile phase formation;Methanol/H2 O= 90/10(V/V), add acetic acid for making pH become 3. 15; UV determination wavelength is at 310 nm; flow rate is 0. 7 ml/rnin; AUFS=0. 02;column temperature selects at 30 ℃. Under the above conditions, ginkgolic acids can be separated successfully.
