摘要
微能源技术与一些常规的加工过程相结合的应用日益广泛。本文以质量浓度 2 .5 %和 5 %的氯化钠溶液为研究对象 ,研究了不同高压直流电场场强对其冻结、解冻过程的影响 ,主要考察冻结和解冻曲线。研究发现高压直流电场对氯化钠溶液冻结过程、以后的无电场解冻过程、以及其在电场下解冻过程都有一定的影响。
It is no probpem that the present and future developments are based on a combination of preservation factors that use many of the classic preservation procedures such as refrigeration, as well as some new factors. This paper investigated the effects of different electric field intensity on the freezing processing, thawing processing of NaCl solution, and found that the field intensity had some influences on the freezing and thawing process. The work may be useful to the future research on food in this field.
