对卤虫虾片的原料进行了合理配比 ,对加工工艺进行了完善 ,其产品达到了技术要求 ,工艺中关键的干燥成型工序科学合理。产品分析表明 ,卤虫虾片中蛋白质、脂肪等的含量合理 ,氨基酸成分全面 ,是理想的轮虫。
The raw materials of Artemia shrimp crack are proportioned rationally,the critical processing technology is advanced,the product reaches the technological need.The product analysis shows that the contents of protein,fat and ash are basically rational,and the ingredients of amino acid are all round, Artemia shrimp crack is the ideal replacement of rotifers and Artemia.
