摘要
调车作业中挤岔事故约占一般事故的 3 0 %左右 ,为防止挤岔事故的发生 ,利用事故树理论分析事故的产生原因 ,进而采取贯彻规章制度 ,加强设备整治 ,建立互控、联控制度 ,严格执行标准化作业等措施 ,同时 ,各级管理人员应不断修改完善事故树内容 ,使调车作业始终处于安全、稳定的状态。
The “splitting of point” accident during shunting work amounts to about 30% of total general accidents. To avoid the happening of “splitting of point” accident, the causes are analyzed by “failure tree theory”, then the regulations are implemented, the facilities are renovated, the system of mutual control and joint control is set up. There are also measures to strictly enforce the standardized working process. At the same time, the managerial staff of different levels should modify and consummate the contents of failure tree to always ensure a safe and stable shunting operation.
