摘要
采用化学分析、红外光谱以及粘弹谱等手段,研究了丙烯酸/环氧共混树脂体系,在不同用量N,N-二甲基苄胺(DMBA)催化下的固化行为及固化产物的结构。差示扫描量热法测定表明,加入1.5%DMBA,使该体系的反应活化能由未催化时的39.05千卡/摩尔降至16.77千卡/摩尔。
The curing behavior and structure of cured product of acrylic/epoxy blend at the presence of N, Ndimethylbenzylamine (DMBA)have been studied by using chemicalanalysis,IR,DSC and viscoetastometer. Addition of 1.5% DMBA could reduce the activation energy of curing reaction from 39.05 kcal/mol to 16.77 kcal/mol.
