目的 :观察标本放置时间对凝血四项测定结果的影响 ,为合理安排采血时间提供依据。方法 :采集血液标本 30例测定凝血四项 ,室温放置 2h和 4h后再分别测定凝血四项 ,与即刻测定结果进行配对分析。结果 :即刻测定结果与室温放置 2h和4h后测定结果比较 ,凝血酶时间和活化部分凝血活酶时间测定结果差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :标本久置 ,致凝血酶时间测定结果缩短和活化部分凝血活酶时间测定结果延长 ;凝血测定应在采血后

Objective: To Observe the effect of blood samples storage time on coagulation test so as to arrange an appropriate time of drawing blood. Methods:30 blood samples were selected randomly and stored at room temperature for 2 hours and 4 hours respectively for PT,FIB,TT and APTT tests, compare with instant determination.Results:The instant determination of the 4 tests on samples once drawn was treated as a contrast.A notable deviation of TT and APTT results was observed while the samples were stored at room temperature for 2 hours( P <0.01). Conclusion:A longer sample storage enables TT shorten and APTT prolong. It is recommended that the 4 tests should be determined within 2 hours after the blood being drawn.
