摘要
聚乙烯醇缩醛中残留的游离醛,对人体有一定的刺激和危害作用,本文采用丙烯酰胺与醛反应消除游离醛。该反应是在碱性条件下,用0.5~1%SM催化剂,于40℃反应3小时,使游离醛含量从原来的5%左右降至2%以下,且不影响产品原有的性能。
The residual free aldehydc in polyvinyl acctal is harmful and irritant to thc hcalth. It could bc removed by the rcaction with acrylamidc. Thc rcaction was taken placc at the prcsence of alkali with 0.5~1.0% SM catalyst at 40× for 3h, which could reduce the free aldehyde from 5% down to 0.2% or less without deereasing of the product performance.
