双组分S871聚氨酯清漆

摘要 采用自行研制的含羟基树脂(SC树脂)取代三羟甲基丙烷与甲苯二异氰酸酯逐步聚合反应.并用871树脂共混改性来制备多异氰酸酯(甲组分),然后与SC树脂(乙组分)配制双组分S871聚氨酯清漆。与现有的聚氨酯清漆相比,该聚氨酯清漆具有粘度低、固体分高、性能好、价格低等特点。介绍了S871聚氨酯清漆的工艺流程、技术指标,并列举了与现有的聚氨酯清漆性能比较结果。 A new produced hydroxyl-containing resin (SC resin) was used instead of TMP to react with TDI, then blended with 871 resin to give an polyisocyanate (component A), which was formulated with SC resin (component B) to form a two component S 871 polyurethane varnish. Compared with the common polyurethane varnish, the new varnish is featured by its low viscosity, high solid, good performance and low price, etc. The production process, technical specifications and performance comparison to the market availale polyurethane varnishes were given.
