The main technological process,production line layout, prctrcatmcnt equipment, cathodic clectrodcposition system, baking system, spraying booth, top finishing system and conveying system have been introduced. The design of the workshop building and heating and ventilation systems have been discussed. This workshop has adopted advanced technology, equipment and proper layout. Corresponding measures have been made for thc fire-proof, ventilation and corrosion resistance of the building.
