手部深度烧伤的早期整形手术治疗

目的探讨手部烧伤的早期整形手术治疗疗效。方法回顾性分析 1990年 10月至2 0 0 0年 5月 10年间 118例 16 8只手部深度烧伤的早期整形手术治疗情况。结果本组 16 8只手 ,大张中厚皮片、皮瓣或皮瓣加皮片覆盖创面者手的功能恢复效果满意 ;小皮片覆盖创面者手的功能恢复效果欠满意 ;不同步创面切痂湿敷缓期植皮 ,可降低植皮区皮片下血肿及脓肿的发生。结论手部深度烧伤的早期整形手术治疗具有功能恢复良好、预防手部畸形的优越性。

Objective To research the treatment of the early stage plastic operation on the parts of the hands burned in deep-degree. Method The effect of the early stage plastic operation on 168 hands of 118 cases from October, 1990 to May, 2000 were reviewed and analyzed. Results The function of the hands, the wound surface covered with large and middle thickness skin, skin scap or skin scap with pieces of skin, recovered well. Cold-packing the scap formed in different time and postponing the skin graft could relieve the hematoncus and abscess under the graft skin. Conclusion The early stage plastic operation on the parts of the hands burned in deep-degree is helpful for the recovery of hand function and preventing deformity of the burned hands.
