医用红外热像仪用于早期诊断糖尿病性微、小血管、神经末梢合并症的探讨 被引量:9

摘要 目的:用红外热像仪对糖尿病性微,小血管,。神经末梢合并症进行临床早期诊断的探索,方法:糖尿病患者53名和正常对照者38名在室温25.0℃±0.5℃,湿度60%±5%条件下,分别进行双手冷负荷前和后5、10和20min时的手背皮肤温度测定,并计算皮肤温度恢复率与病程,正中神经传导速度,心电图上R-R间期变动系数,振动觉,视网膜症,蛋白尿和HbAlc等指标的相关性。结果:糖尿病病程和HbAlc与恢复率呈负相关;视网膜症,蛋白尿与恢复率有一定相关性,结论:红外热像仪在检测糖尿病性微,小血管,神经末梢合并症方面具有临床早期诊断价值。 Objective Diabetic small-microvascular disease and peripheral neuropathy were early diagnosed by the means of thermography.Methods 53 patients with diabetes and 38 normal persons were stayed in the room temperature 25 ℃±0.5 ℃ and humidity 60%±5%, and separately were measured the skintemperature of the handback.It was measured before the hands were put into the cold water of 15 ℃, and then, at 5, 10 and 20 minutes respectively after the hands were put into the 15 ℃ cold water for one minute. The relationship was discovered between the recovery rate of the skin-temperature of the hand-back and the diabetic course time, MCV, CVR-R, bone sensibility and the degree of the retinopathy, proteinuria as well as each index of HbA1c.Results Correlation was negative between the diabetic time course or HbA1c and the recovery rate. There was some positive correlation between the retinopathy, proteinuria and the recovery rate.Conclusion Thermography is valuable in early diagnosis of diabetic small-microvascular disease and peripheral neuropathy.
