摘要
目的 :观察玉丹调脂饮治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法 :对 112例患者随机分组 ,治疗组用玉丹调脂饮治疗 ,对照组用甘糖酯治疗。结果 :与治疗前相比 ,治疗组 8周后 TC、TG、HDL- C均明显改善 (P<0 .0 1) ,对照组 TC、TG有改善 ,但HDL - C改善不明显。治疗组总有效率为 90 .32 % ,对照组为 72 .0 0 % ,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :玉丹调脂饮是一种有效、安全、经济的调脂药。
Objective: To observe the effect of YuDan decoction for regulating blood lipid in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods:112 cases had been randomly divided into two groups: a test and a controlled group. The former had been treated by Yu Dan decoction for regulating blood lipid, the latter, by mann esperal. Result: After eight week treatment TC, TG, HDL C in the test was obviously improved (P<0.01),TC, TG in the controlled, improved also, but HDL C not obvious. The total effective rate in the test was 90.32% and that in the controlled, 72.00% (P<0.01). Conclusion :Yu Dan decoction for regulating blood lipid is an effective, safe and economical drug.Conclusion:Yu Dan decoction for regulating blood lipid is an effective, safe and economical drug.
