保留盆腔自主神经的直肠癌术后性功能分析

Analyses sexual function after nerve-preserving resection on rectal cancer

目的 :探讨直肠癌传统手术与保留盆腔自主神经的手术对性功能影响的差异。方法 :回顾性分析 2 0 0 0年 4月至 2 0 0 1年 12月收治 4 8例直肠癌的手术方式和随访资料。结果 :传统手术与保留盆腔自主神经的手术切除直肠癌患者术前后在性欲、阴茎勃起、性高潮、射精的比较上有显著性差异。结论 :直肠癌保留盆腔自主神经的手术对性功能的保护明显优于传统手术方式 ,值得在临床上推荐。

Objective: To investigate the different effect on sexual function between conventional radical operation and nerve-preservingg resection on rectal cancer. Methods:Clinical and following data on 48 patients with rectal cancer treated surgically from April 2000 to December 2001 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Significant different effect was found in interesting in sex, erection, ability to achieve orgasm, orgasm with ejaculation between the patients receiving conventional resection and those undergoing nerve-preserving resection.Conclusions: Effects of sexual function in nerve-preserving resection were apparently better than that in conventional radical operation on rectal cancer, and nerve-preserving resection was worth to recommended in rectal cancer treatment.
