摘要
目的 :研究准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)对兔角膜内皮细胞酶活性的影响。方法 :以酶组织化学染色法测定Lasik术后 1,3 ,7,10 ,15 ,60天以及三种不同切削深度兔角膜内皮细胞乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH ) ,还原型辅酶I (NADH)的活性改变。结果 :Lasik术后不同时间组与对照组以及三种不同切削深度组的角膜内皮细胞两种酶活性比较均未见显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论
To investigate the changes in latic dehydrogenase (LDH) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide reduced (NADH) of corneal endothelium in rabbits after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods:36 normal rabbits were divided into six groups randomly.The three different ablation depths were performed in every experimental group with LASIK.The changes in enzymic activities after operation in the different time (1d,3d,7d,10d,15d,60d) were checked. Results:There was no significant difference in the two kinds of enzymic activities (P>0 05).For the different ablation depth after LASIK,the difference of the two kinds of enzymic activities was also not significant (P>0 05). Conclusions:There was no significant effect on the activity of LDH and NADH in the corneal endothelium of rabbits after receiving LASIK.
