报告1例冠心病合并二尖瓣中重度关闭不全的患者,于体外循环直视下行冠状动脉旁路移植术同期行二尖瓣置换术。手术顺利,术后恢复良好。强调了术前明确诊断的重要性,并就手术方式、心肌保护等进行了讨论.

Coronary artery bypass grafting and mitral valve replacement was performed simultaneously under cardiopul-monary bypass in a patient suffering from both coronary artery disease and severe mithel incompetence. The operation wascompleted smoothly with uneventful postoperative recovery of the patient. The author called for due attention to the impor-tance of precise preoperative diagnosis and addressed the issues of the operation procedure and protection ofmyocardium.
