摘要
目的 研究大鼠面神经后核内侧区与脑干呼吸相关区间的纤维联系。方法于13只成年SD大鼠的面神经后核内侧区内注射辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)0.5-1.0μl,5只注射30%麦角HRP 20-60 nl,并以7只成年SD大鼠为对照,逆行/顺行迫踪mNRF神经元。结果发现HRP标记神经元胞体主要位于双侧延髓孤束核、疑核、巨细胞网状核。旁巨细胞背侧网状核、中间网状核、外侧网状核、中缝核群(raphe nuclei)、桥脑臂旁核、K-F核、脊髓中间区(Spinal intermediate zone)、脊髓后角、延髓及桥脑网状结构;WGA-HRP标记神经纤维主要存在双侧于孤束核、疑核、脊髓中间区、延髓网状结构。结论mNRF(神经元与脑干不同呼吸相关核团之间具有广泛的纤维联系,基本呼吸节律起源及维持过程中可能通过这些神经结构进行调控。
Objechve To study the projections between the medial region of the nucleus retrofacialis (mNRF) and other respi-ratory regions in rat brainstem. Methods Twenty-five adult SD rats were used in this study, which received anesthesia withsodium pentobarbitone. Retrograde/anterognde tracing methods were employed by unilateral microinjection into mNRF with30% horseradish peroxidasc (HRP 0.5-1.0 μl) in 13 rats. Another 5 rats with injections of HRP and 2 with WGA-HRP intothe regions 2 mm off mNRF served as control groups. and with 5% wheat germ agglutinin-conjugated HRP (WGA-HRP, 20-60 nl) in 5 rats (with another 2 receiving the wiections as control). Results It was found that HRP-labeled neuronal somas andWGA-HPP labeled terminal fibers were found in many respiration-related regions in rat brainstem such as the nucleus tractussolitarius, nucleus ambiguus, gigantocellular reticular nucleus and so forth. Conclusions There are comprehensive projectionsbetween mNRF and other respiratory regions in rat brainstem, and these respiratory regions may be involved in basic respirato-ry rhythm regulation via these connections with mNRF.
