黏弹剂在角膜穿孔伤修补术中的应用

Use of viscoelastic solution in the repairs of corneal penetrating injury.

目的 探讨黏弹剂及角膜缘穿刺在角膜穿孔伤修补术中的应用。方法 对 47例角膜穿孔伤采用黏弹剂及角膜缘穿刺分离虹膜前粘连。结果 术后 3 9例无虹膜前粘连 ,瞳孔圆 ;3例轻度虹膜前粘连 ,瞳孔牵引变形 ;5例瞳孔严重变形 ,部分虹膜缺损。结论 黏弹剂及角膜缘穿刺在角膜穿孔伤修补术中分离虹膜嵌顿及术后防止虹膜前粘连效果满意。

Objective To investigate the value of viscoelastics in the repair of penetrating corneal injuries.Methods In 47 cases of penetrating corneal injuries,the viscoelastics was used to dissect the anterior synechia through limbus paracentesis.Results After surgery,there were no anterior synechia and pupils were round in 39 cases,3 cases with little anteroir synechia and the pupils became deformed because of traction,5 cases with severer pupils deformation and partial iris defect.Conclusion Viscoelastic solution can be used effectively to dissect iris and is important in preventing anterior synechia in repair of penetrating corneal injuries.
