无功能滤过泡丝裂霉素C注射及分离术的效果

The treatment of non-functional filter blebs by needling revision with mitomycin C injection

目的 观察分离术联合应用丝裂霉素C治疗小梁切除术后无功能滤过泡的临床疗效。方法 小梁切除术后无功能滤过泡患者 2 9例 (2 9眼 ) ,在显微镜下用 5号针头潜行分离滤过泡 ,在滤过泡旁结膜下注射丝裂霉素C 0 1ml(0 .2mg/ml) ,观察眼压及滤过泡情况 ,随访 4月。结果 2 9例成功 2 1例 (72 4% ) ,有效 5例 (17 2 % ) ,无效 3例 (10 3 % ) ;Ⅰ型滤过泡 18例 (62 1% ) ,Ⅱ型滤过泡 8例 (2 7 6% ) ,Ⅲ型滤过泡 3例 (10 3 % )。结论 分离术联合应用丝裂霉素C可以有效修复无功能滤过泡。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of needling revision with mitomycin C injection on non functional filter blebs.Methods 29 cases (29 eyes) with non functional filter blebs wre selected,under the microscope the bleb was divided,then 0.1 ml of mitomycin C was injected subconjunctively around all blebs,postoperatively intraocular pressure (IOP) and blebs were observed for 4 months.Results There were 21 cases with success (72.4%);5 cases with effectiveness(17.2%) and 3 cases with non effectiveness(10.3%);18 cases with bleb Ⅰ(62.1%),8 cases with bleb Ⅱ (27.6%);3 cases with bleb Ⅲ (10.3%).Conclusion Needling revision with mitomycin C injection can treat non functional filter bleb effectively.
