激光泪道探通术的临床应用

The clinical use of laser lacrimal passage recanalisation.

目的 探讨激光治疗仪治疗泪道系统狭窄、阻塞的效果。方法 采用武汉生产的YY -P2 5激光治疗仪行激光泪道探通术。随访 6月 ,统计疗效。结果 共治疗 186例 (198眼 ) ,治愈 15 8例 (162眼 )占 84 95 % ,有效 2 6例 (3 4眼 ) ,总有效率达98 92 %。结论 该治疗仪行激光泪道探通术 ,操作简便 ,安全 ,治疗效果好。

Objective To investigate the effect of laser recanalisation in the stenosis or obstruction of lacrimal passage.Methods Laser lacrimal passage recanalisation was done by YY-P 25 Laser made in Wuhan.The follow up time was 6 months and the results were analysed.Results 186 cases(198eyes)received treatment and 158 cases (168 eyes)of them were cured(84.95%).Conclusion In laser lacrimal passage recanalisation,this type of laser has the advantage of easy operation,safe and good results.
