健康新生儿脐带义眼座的临床应用

Clinical use of healthy neonate umbilical cord orbital implant.

目的 探讨健康新生儿脐带义眼座的临床应用价值。方法 应用新生儿脐带制作的义眼座 ,对 10例严重眼球穿孔伤、绝对期青光眼和角膜溃疡穿孔患者行眼内容摘除和义眼座植入。术后随访时间 1～ 3年。结果 所有患者均获得了满意的美容效果。义眼的活动度好 ,无感染、脱出、移位发生。结论 健康新生儿脐带义眼座植入具有简单、经济、可靠等特点 ,是一种理想的眼窝成形手术。

Objective To explore the clinical value of healthy neonate umbilical cord orbital implant.Methods 10 cases suffered with penetrating ocular injury,absolute glaucoma and ulcerative corneal perforation were received ocular enucleation and umbilical cord orbital impant implantation.The follow-up time was 1-3 years.Results All of the patients got satisfactory cosmetic results.No case of implant infection,extrusion and migration was found.Conclusion Healthy neonate umbilical cord orbital implant implantation is a simple,cost-effective and reliable surgey,and suitable to reconstruction ocular socket defect.
