较高浓度丝裂霉素C在胬肉切除术中的应用

目的 探讨防止初发性翼状胬肉切除后复发的手术方法。方法 使用 0 0 4 %丝裂霉素C结膜下贴敷 5分钟 ,再用 1 0 0ml生理盐水冲洗。结果 2 3例 2 5眼术后仅 1眼复发 ,均无巩膜结膜溃疡发生。

Objective An approach to certain operation for preventing recurrence after the incipient pterygium excision. Methods Apply with 0.04 % Mitomycin C to stick gauze on subconjunctiva 5 minute following dilution with 0.9% NaCl solution 100 ml.Results 23 cases 25 eyes operation neither recurrence nor sclera or conjunctive ulcer happened.Conclusions This procedure may turn into better pterygium excision operation.
