持久性发疹性斑状毛细血管扩张症1例

A case of telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans

报道1例罕见的持久性发疹性斑状毛细血管扩张症。患者女性,67岁,以躯干、四肢暗红色斑疹和丘疹,伴瘙痒。病理检查示:真皮内多数肥大细胞浸润,Giemsa染色在肥大细胞内显示异染颗粒。

A rare case of telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans is reported .A 67 year old women patient had dark red colour macule and papule rashes with mild itch in her trunk and extremities.The histopathologic section shows more mast cells in the intradermal infiltration and the metachromatic granules inside of mast cells with Giemsa stain.
