《临床皮肤科杂志》中随机对照试验文章评价

Evaluation of randomized controlled trials in Journal of Clinical Dermatology

为了分析《临床皮肤科杂志》发表的临床随机对照试验(RCT)文章的现状,采用手工检索调查1981～2000年间《临床皮肤科杂志》发表的临床研究论文,并根据循证医学推荐的国际标准对所发表的RCT进行分析。结果表明在5314篇临床研究论文中,RCT文章有182篇(占文章总数3.42%),且多为中小样本的研究。本结果提示皮肤科领域中RCT的数量和质量远远不能满足临床实践的需要,应提倡严格科学设计的多中心、大样本前瞻性RCT研究。

T o investigate the present situation of random ized controlled trials （R C T ）in Journal of C linical D erm atology．C linical re－ search papers of １９８１ ～２０００w ere retrieved m anually and the published random ized controlled trials w ere analyzed according to the international criterions prom oted by evidence－based m edicine．T here w ere １８２R C T s in the total ５３１４clinical research papers，the ratio of R C T w as ３．４２％and m ost of them only included sm all or m edium size sam ples．The quantity and quality of R C T in derm a－ tology can ＇t satisfy the dem and of clinical practice．Scientific designed m ulti－center，large sam ple R C T needs to be advocated．
