摘要
目的 :研究以HPLC法同时测定甘草合剂中甘草苷、甘草素及异甘草素含量的方法。方法 :采用CromasilC18柱 ,以甲醇 - 0 .5 %冰醋酸为流动相 ,梯度洗脱 ,双波长检测 ,测定波长λ1=2 76nm ,λ2 =372nm。结果 :甘草苷在 5 0~ 12 5 0ng范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999;甘草素在 5 .0~ 12 5 .0ng范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9998;异甘草素在 3.0~ 6 .0ng范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999。平均加样回收率 :甘草苷为 98.30 % ,RSD为 1.0 1% (n =6 ) ;甘草素为 98.0 1% ,RSD为0 .6 8% (n =6 ) ,异甘草素为 98.73% ,RSD为 0 .89% (n =6 )。结论 :操作简便 ,结果可靠 ,重现性好 。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of liquiritin、 liquiritigenin and iso liquiritigenin in Licorice Mixture.Methods: A Cromasil C 18 column was used. the mobile phase was methanol 0.5% acetic acid for gradient elution. Liquiritin、 liquiritigenin and iso liquiritigenin were determined by dual wavelength, λ 1=276 nm,λ 2=372 nm.Results: The linear range of liquiritin was 50.0~1250.0ng, r= 0.9999; The average recovery was 98.30%, RSD =1.01%( n= 6). The linear range of liquiritigenin was 5.0~125.0 ng, r= 0.9998; The average recovery was 98.01%, RSD =0.68%( n= 6). The linear range of iso liquiritigenin was 3.0~6.0 ng, r= 0.9999. The average recovery was 98.37%, RSD= 0.89%( n= 6). Conclusion: This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control in production of Licorice Mixture.
