手术公证是患者知情同意的书面表现形式 ,而非医患之间签定的“生死”合同。手术公证具有较强的证明力 ,能够证明医生是否真实完全地履行了告知义务 ,证明患者签字是否真实自愿 ,对于救治病人、保护医生权利、促进医学技术的发展具有积极的意义。
Operation notarization is a paper form that is patient's informed consent, and it is not a contract of survival and death between doctor and patient. Operation notarization can prove whether doctor completely performs the duty of informing and whether patient is voluntary to sign. There are active significances for treating disease, protecting doctor's right and promoting the development of technology of medical science.
