摘要
目的 观察石菖蒲提取液对脑缺血 -再灌注诱导的脑神经细胞凋亡的防治作用 ,探讨其神经保护作用的机制。方法 将SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组、石菖蒲挥发油治疗组、石菖蒲去油水煎液治疗组及醒脑静注射液对照组 ,上述药分别灌胃给药 7d后建立双侧颈总动脉短时闭塞模型 ,采用原位细胞凋亡TUNEL染色和图像分析观察鼠大脑皮质的细胞凋亡情况。结果 各治疗组较生理盐水对照组凋亡神经细胞积分光密度减少 ,且以石菖蒲挥发油治疗组最为显著。结论 石菖蒲提取液可显著抑制由缺血 -再灌注诱导的脑神经细胞凋亡 ,从而起到一定程度的神经原保护作用 ,且以挥发油的疗效最为显著。
Objective To study the effect of extract of Acrous tatarinowiishott on neuronal apoptosis. Methods Rats were garaged for seven days with volatile oil or deoiling decoction of Acrous tatarinowiishott, saline and Xingnaojing injection respectively. Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was created by blocking the carotids for one hour. Neuronal apoptosis was detected by TUNEL staining and analyzed by computer image analysis system. Results The intergral optical density of the apoptotic neuron in groups with volatile oil or deoiling decoction of Acrous tatarinowiishott was significantly reduced compared with saline group. Moreover, the protective effect of volatile oil was better than that of deoiling decoction. Conclusion The extract of Acrous tatarinowiishott can inhibit neuronal apoptosis induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, and the effect of volatile oil is better than that of deoiling decoction.
