摘要
我厂生产的活性钙片工艺不够完善生产中出现了制粒困难、粘冲、崩片、口味不好等现象,本文根据几年来的实际生产经验,对上述问题进行了研究,调换了粘合剂及工艺处方,完善了工艺条件。
The techonology of our factory active calcium tablet is not perfacted.It appears to granulate difficultly,to suck down punching ping,to burst tablets and to be bad taste.we study these problems according to practicing experience,adjusting bindersand techonology prescriptions and perfaeting techonlogy conditions.
