芦荟抗肿瘤作用研究

Experimental Studies on Anti-tumor of Aloe

目的:研究不同品种芦荟抗肿瘤作用。方法:健康小鼠接种 S_(180)肉瘤及 H_(22)肝癌腹水瘤,观察其抗肿瘤作用。结果:各品种的芦荟对 S_(180)肿瘤均有抑制作用,均能延长荷瘤 H_(22)小鼠的生命率。结论:各品种的芦荟均有抗肿瘤作用。

Object:To study anti-tumor function of various kinds of Aloe.Methods:Observ- ing the anti-tumor effect on healthy mice planted S_(180)tumor and H_(22)hepative stomach edema tu- mor.Results:Different kinds of Aloe can inhibit S_(180)tumor and prolong the life rate of H_(22)bearing mice.Conclusions:Various kinds of Aloe have anti-tumor funtion.In tumor therapy,Aloe may develop anti-disease ability of organism through strengthening ability of efficient of endure stress and enhancing immune function.It is necessary to research its function and mechanism fur- ther.
