支架预处理后对再狭窄抑制的初步探讨

摘要 目的 研究中性粒细胞的活化在放射性支架预防再狭窄中的作用及意义。方法  76只家兔在腹主动脉中分别置入放射性与非放射性支架 ,观察支架上新生内膜面积 ,用流式细胞仪对术前、术后即刻、2周及 1个月和 3个月时支架表面中性粒细胞活化标志CD1 1b进行检测。结果 ① 2周时 ,放射性与非放射性支架两组新生内膜面积无明显差异 (P >0 0 5)。1个月和 3个月时放射性支架新生内膜面积小于非放射性支架 (P 均 <0 0 1 )。②放射性与非放射性支架置入术前及术后即刻 ,CD1 1b在两组比较无明显差异 (P均 >0 0 5)。③ 2周时 ,放射性与非放射性两组相比 ,CD1 1b有明显差异 (P <0 0 5) ,且比术前和术后即刻有明显升高 (P均 <0 0 1 )。④ 1个月时 ,CD1 1b放射组较非放射组仍有差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ,且仍高于术前和术后即刻 (P均 <0 0 1 )⑤ 3个月时 ,CD1 1b两组无明显差异 (P >0 0 5) ,且与术前和术后即刻无明显差异 (P均 >0 0 5)。结论 ①放射性支架可减少置入术后支架内新生内膜面积。②放射性与非放射性支架置入后均能激活中性粒细胞 ,但放射性支架激活作用较非放射性弱。 Objective This study sought to investigate the inhibition of the activation of neutrophils on the prevention of restenosis by radiation stents Methods Radiation and nonradiation stents were implanted in abdominal aortas of 76 rabbits We observe the neointima areas on stents and measure CD11bs at preoperation,immediate postoperation,2 weeks,1 month and 3 months respectively with FAS can Results ①Neointima areas on radiation stents were less than those on nonradiation stents at 1 month and 3 months respectively(both P <0 01),whereas there was no difference between two groups at 2 weeks( P >0 05) ②There was no significant difference of CD11b at preoperation and immediate postoperation between radiation and nonradiation groups( P >0 05)?③CD11b at 2 weeks was much higher in nonradiation group than that in radiation group( P <0 05),and both increase significantly compared with those of preoperation and immediate postoperation groups(both P <0 01) ④CD11bs difference still exist between two groups at 1 month and are higher than those at preoperation and immediate postoperation groups(both P <0 01) ⑤There was no difference between the two groups at 3 months( P >0 05) Conclusions ①Radiation stents can reduce the neointima areas on the implanted-stents ②Both radiation and nonradiation stents can activate the neutrophils,but the radiation group has less effect ③Inhibition of activation of neutrophils may be on of mechanism to prevent the restenosis of implanted radiation stents
