经济欠发达地区乡镇卫生院卫生人力现状分析

Analysis on Health Manpower of Township Hospitals in Under-developed Rural Area

通过对江西省3县72所乡镇卫生院的调查,分析了乡镇卫生院卫生人力数量、卫技人员专业分布及不同卫生院卫生人力的差别,并与全国农村卫生人力资料进行了比较,就合理配置经济欠发达地区乡镇卫生院卫生人力提出了几点建议。

The quantity and distribution of health manpower in 72 township hospitals in under-developed rural area have been analysed.The results indicated that there are differences of manpower among various township hospitals. Some suggestions on availability of health manpower of township hospitals in under-developed rural area were also made by the authors in the paper.
