健脑宁对大脑中动脉阻塞大鼠记忆行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察健脑宁对大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞大鼠记忆障碍的治疗效果 ,并探讨最佳用药量。方法 :采用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型 ,并与都可喜对照 ,通过跳台、水迷路方法检测健脑宁对模型鼠行为障碍的影响。结果 :健脑宁显著改善模型鼠的记忆行为 (p <0 .0 5和 p <0 .0 1 ) ,但与都可喜组比无显著性差异。结论 :健脑宁对大脑中动脉栓塞的脑缺血大鼠的记忆力减退具有明显改善作用。 Objective: To evaluate effects of JNN (extracts from herbs) on memory and behaviour of the rats with Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Method: The brain ischemic model of the rats were set up using MCAO and observe changes of the model rats' behaviour using Stepdown and Water-maze. Result: Memory and behaviour of the model rats in JNN group have been improved significantly (p<0.05 to p<0.01), but no significantly difference between JNN group and Duxil group have showed. Conclusion: JNN could improve significantly memory and behaviour of rats after cerebral ischemia.
